| Q. How long will I have to wait?
A. On average, your entire visit will probably last about an hour. Please understand that many factors can make your visit longer or shorter. Patients are usually seen in the same order that they arrive, but sometimes a patient with a more serious injury or illness must be seen first. Patients who need lab tests or x-rays will have longer visits. During very busy times, visits will take longer, of course. Our goal is always to work as quickly as we can while still being thorough and providing top quality care. |
| Q. When do I pay?
A. Our policy is to require full payment at time of service. If you have a current insurance card and coverage, you'll need to pay your copayment, coinsurance or deductible. We accept only cash and credit cards. |
